2009 News
July 12th- Kate and Brilliant Too wowed the crowd at the Cleveland Grand Prix Hunter/Jumper Classic. Riding to "Hey You" and "Sugar Sugar" they showed off their flawless one tempi's, double pirroutes,piaffe and passage. The crowd was most impressed with their extended trots. A big thank you to Liz Ritz and Kelly Grant for being my eyes on the ground and moral support!

June 23rd- Fair Weather Farm is hosting a Dressage Clinic with Michael Poulin July 25th and 26th. Limited riding and Auditing spots available. June 10th- Team Poulin has headed north for the summer. All the horses arrived safe and sound at Fair Weather Farm in Chagrin Falls Ohio. The first show of the summer was a success! Grand Haven Dressage June 6th and 7th. Showing the Holsteiner Stallion Lautrec, Kate scored a 61.316 and 62.105 in the Open Prix St. George. In the Open Grand Prix, Kate and Brilliant Too won both days with a 62.340 and a 66.170! Next show is the NODA Encore July 18 and 19th.
Brilliant Too
May 21- Kate and Brilliant Too will be preforming a Grand Prix freestyle demonstration at the Chagrin Valley Hunter Jumper Classic July 4-12 2009 Kate and Brilliant Too, residents of the Chagrin area, were members of the 2007 Gold Medal Pan American Team. Brilliant Too is a 15.1h Dutch /Tb gelding, bred and raised by the Poulin family and trained by Katherine Poulin.
May 3rd- Sizzling tempertures and Sizzling Rides! Tempertures in the 90's didn't stop Kate and Lautrec's FEI debut!! Scoring a 62.8% and 65% in the Prix St. George Open/Q they are well on there way to a successful future. They received four 8's! Riding the three yr old Fantasea, Kate scored a 66% at Training Level test Four Open/Q. Congratulations to Pam Neff, owner of Fantasea. After a three year hiatus from showing, Pam and "CiCi" respectfully earned a 66% at Training Level test Four Open/Q and a second place.

April 6th- Dressage on the First Coast was a HUGE sucess! Paddington Bear and Fantasea blew the competition away. Paddington Bear shared the overall high score for Training Level with a whooping 78.8%. Fantasea was right on Paddington Bear's heels, scoring a 74% and 78.4% at Training level Test Four. Congratulations to Wendy and Chapman 61.429 % at Second Level Test Four and a 60.233%at Third Level Test Four! Congratulations to Jami Van Uitert and Kalandro scored a 61.628%
March 30th - Heidlburg cup Results. Deary weather didn't stop Kate and Paddington Bear from their dressage debut. Paddington Bear, an Irish Tb, respectfully earned a 62% and a 65.2% at Training Level test Four! Congratulations to Wendi and Champman scoring a 62.619% at Second Level Test Four
March 9th- Ocala Spring Dressage was a hit! Showing the 3yr Fantasea by Fabuleux, Kate won the FEI Four Year Old test with a 7.58% Congratulations to Wendi and Chapman. They scored a 62.381% at Second Level Four and 61.860% at Third Level Three. Wendi and Dream High, a Russian warmblood, scored 60.263% at Intermediare II !
